Responsibilities

  • Own strategic plans, the quarterly revenue forecast, territory design, and resource planning for sales of products in all stages of the lifecycle.
  • Develop team talent and pipeline by attracting, identifying, recruiting, developing, rewarding, managing, and coaching.
  • Enable, develop, and empower your team to proactively prospect, identify, qualify, and build a sales pipeline to meet or exceed customer acquisition and retention goals.
  • Coach Mid-Market & Enterprise Account Executives in world-class sales practices, including qualification methodologies, consultative techniques, and negotiations
  • Analyze, develop, and implement sales strategies across key accounts to attain company strategic objectives.
  • Identify process and product improvement solutions to increase revenue, profitability, and customer experience.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of New Logo experience with at least 3 years of formal sales experience building and leading high-performance Mid-Market or Enterprise Sales teams in a software/SaaS environment.
  • Track record in closing large, complex deals across verticals in the Fortune 500.
  • Strong analytical, creative, and critical thinking skills to deliver solutions for internal operations and external customers.
  • Training in MEDDICC sales qualification or similar sales methodology.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Genuine flexibility and temperament to succeed in a high-energy, fast-growing startup.
