Ways you'll make an impact:

  • Own prospecting & drive top-of-funnel outreach across a variety of channels
  • Build and maintain your sales pipeline on an ongoing basis
  • Guide prospects thought the sales funnel and understand their requirements on employee benefits
  • Maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date account information in the CRM for all contacts
  • Develop and test outreach strategies to generate meetings with ideal customer accounts
  • Establish and grow strong customer relationships and network leads

How you'll uplevel Regie:

  • 1+ years experience in B2B sales, preferably at at tech company
  • 2-4 years total professional experience
  • Strong understanding of how to conduct outbound prospecting with or without a dedicated territory
  • Outgoing people-person, committed to conducting heavy outbound prospecting throughout the evolution of the role
  • Experience with Sales engagement tools: Salesforce, Outreach
  • Experience prospecting in relevant portals (Apollo, ZoomInfo)
  • Experience working in a startup or other fast-paced, 'bootstrap' environment
