About the Founders
Srinath Sridhar - CEO and Co-founder. Sridhar has a Ph.D. from Carnegie Mellon and also has previously founded companies like Onera. He was among the first 100 engineers at Facebook and has also worked at Google and Bloomreach.
Matt Millen - Co-founder and president. Matt has rich experience in leading multiple companies as a CGO, CRO, and VP of Revenue. He has worked with multiple startups and has helped them build their growth story from the ground up.
In this role, you'll get the chance to:
- Be at the forefront of innovation, shaping the next generation of AI-powered operations tools by working with state-of-the-art models.
- Use your broad knowledge of new and existing AI models to build exciting prototypes, exploring their potential to revolutionize prospecting at scale.
- Automate sales workflows using AI.
- Partner with a brilliant team of engineers cross-pollinating ideas and learning from each other's expertise
- Work on optimizing AI models for cost and quality.
- Discover, test, and implement new AI models across functions (generative, audio, etc)
What we are looking for:
- Demonstrate a history of taking services from the ideation stage to a fully functional implementation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
- Experience with using LLM platforms like (OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services, Anthropic, Llama, etc.)
- Analyze statistics, data, and algorithms for projection accuracy.
- An eye for new models in town and the ability to understand and use them quickly.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Quick at prototyping and comparing SOTA (State of the Art) language models.
- Knowledge of how LLMs work and how they can be optimized.
- Experience in using and fine-tuning open-source models or multiple LLMs.
- Experience with cloud-based machine learning platforms (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Azure ML Service, Databricks).
- Measuring and improving AI quality.
- Possesses an entrepreneurial mindset and has experience or the ability to work in startup environments.
